Happy Friday!
I love Disney! So, when I was presented with the opportunity to see the Disney on Ice Dream Big show at the Verizon center, I jumped at the chance to see my favorite Disney princesses. The show was truly magnificent! There were kids and adults of all ages enjoying the show and singing their favorite Disney songs. I know for me Princess Tiana and Arielle were my favorite part! I love the costumes and how they were able to make the stories come to life right before your eyes. It was truly a magical event. Although, I loved everything about the event, here are some takeaways to help you prepare for a Disney On Ice show. Check it out

1. Eat Before you go
The cost to buy dinner at the Verizon center is so pricey and limited. It’s best to buy dinner elsewhere or eat at home.

2. Choose a weekend show
We went to a Wednesday show. Although quite fun for a midweek, it was a bit too late for my 8 year old. Next time, we will be sure to book a weekday show.

3. Buy Disney Apparel before hand
You can save so much money by allowing your kids to purchase Disney products before hand and wear them to the show.
